China-Europe rail is the trunk line. Ocean, road, air and multimodal fill the gaps at either end, so a shipment can be quoted, booked and tracked as one job rather than four.
Weekly block trains from nine contracted terminals in China, running in both directions. We book FCL and LCL, collect from your factory or warehouse, and deliver to the door in Europe rather than just to the railhead.
Terminals and transit times →FCL and LCL bookings out of Chinese ports, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin. Where the destination suits it, sea cargo can be handed over to rail at Shenzhen instead of continuing by water.
Ask for a port-to-door rate →Cross-border trucking across Central Asia and Europe, and the first and last mile that rail cannot cover. Useful when the railhead is not the final address, or when a lane sits outside the corridor.
Ask about a road-only lane →For cargo where the deadline is fixed and rail is too slow. Priority and consolidated options, with charter capacity when scheduled services are full.
Ask for an air rate →Sea, rail and road combined into one through-plan. This is where the Shenzhen and Xi'an pairing does the most work: ocean into Shenzhen, rail out of Pinghu South or Xi'an, truck to the final door.
How the two hubs work together →Declaration, bonded handling, warehousing and consolidation at origin and destination, so a shipment does not need a second supplier to clear or store it.
Ask what applies to your cargo →The rule of thumb is simple: past about 15 cubic metres, FCL is usually cheaper and always simpler. Below that, LCL avoids paying for air you do not use.
Your cargo occupies the container, the seal is yours, and nothing is co-loaded. Best for steady volumes, high-value goods and anything that must not be handled twice. We can quote 40HQ, 40GP and 20GP, and out-of-gauge where the terminal allows it.
You pay for the space you use. Cargo is consolidated with other shipments at our warehouse, which suits trial orders, samples and small replenishments. Transit is a few days longer because of the consolidation and deconsolidation at each end.
Every step has a named contact. You get routing and pricing first, then a booking confirmation, then tracking until the POD is issued.
Send commodity, weight, volume, origin and destination. We come back with routing and pricing within 24 hours.
Once confirmed, we reserve space on the next scheduled departure from the nearest contracted terminal.
Truck collection anywhere in China, or delivery into our warehouse at the port or inland station.
Declaration and border crossing at Alashankou, Khorgos, Erenhot or Manzhouli, with gauge change, typically about one day.
The block train runs to the European hub, with GPS and BeiDou position and electronic seal status throughout.
Customs clearance at destination, then last-mile delivery to your door or distribution centre, with POD issued.
Routing, transit and pricing back within 24 hours on working days.
